ropes or a camera light cranes can help. The ABC 9 meter crane can be brought and

setup on almost every place, by a single person. It can carry an Arri 16mm or a Digibeta camera.

There is also a smaller tool available for Mini-HD/-DV cameras, the ABC mini-crane with 5,2 meters.
